Because a gift should be simple to offer and delightful to receive, we have gathered here the most frequently asked questions to guide you with complete transparency in the use of our Gift Cards.
How do I use my gift card?
By booking directly through our reservation system. Simply select your desired dates and enter your gift card code at the payment stage. The amount will be automatically deducted from the total.
Is the gift card valid for all services?
Yes. Your gift card can be used for accommodation as well as all services and extras available at the time of booking (stay, spa, options, extras, etc.).
Can the gift card be used multiple times?
Yes. If the cost of your stay is lower than the value of your gift card, the remaining balance can be used for a future reservation, until the card expires.
What happens if the stay costs more than the value of the card?
You will simply be asked to pay the difference using our usual payment methods.
What is the validity period?
Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Are gift cards refundable?
No. In accordance with standard practices, our gift cards cannot be refunded or exchanged, either in full or in part.
How is the gift card delivered?
The gift card is sent by email immediately after purchase, either to the buyer or directly to the recipient. It can be printed or kept in digital format.
Should I book in advance?
We recommend booking early in order to enjoy the best choice of dates and rooms. All reservations remain subject to availability.
Can the validity be extended?
In exceptional circumstances, a commercial extension may be considered. Please contact us before the expiration date.
